And so on...

today is an 'and so on' day. Monday - second week with teenagers in the house. What a schizophrenic existence! Step-son is hardly available - he goes to his room or down to the basement as soon as he's home. On the weekends he sleeps til late and then wanders the house all night like a ...hmmm....teenager. I remember that feeling of deliciousness -where I discovered I was somewhat of a free agent in my home. Step-dot is a girl and therefore unknown to me in the parenting department- as a teen anyway. She is yummy love one day and disdainful painful ignoring the next. I'll get her to the market this Saturday - that's always yummy love.
Today, I have one client, a visit to Arlo and a meeting with my partners in crime. We have two murder mysteries in October - can't wait! One is at our standby place - Liscombe Lodge - and the other is at the Celtic Inn in Cape Breton. We've never done the Celtic but the woman who ran the Liscombe is now there and wants us. It is a VERY long drive but if we do it once a year that will be fine. And she is totally booked so yahooey. We will write two new plots. Mysteries have been a bit thin on the ground this past year so it will be nice to fly atter.
Tomorrow I will start, in earnest, my next Kitty Mac book. I will do 1 thou a day like I did for the last one. That will keep me out of the waiting state and I love the first part. Really I love all the parts of writing (except maybe the waiting part).
Off to walk the dog. Maybe we'll see a deer again! I hope so...

Arggh! I know of what you speak Liz. I might be busy but I'm not nearly busy enough with clients - $$$$ - hoping that this diet will clear up my health problems and give me way more energy to burn!
