bunowrimo

I'm joining the June BuNoWriMo (burrowers novel writing month). It's like the NaNoWriMo that happens every fall but smaller, looser, and...well...funkier. It will surprise no one when I say that our dear Tartlette is at the helm. Go see her at www.waterytart23.blogspot.ca for info.

I'm not writing a new novel but just getting some extra support around this next crucial revision. I think I can edit about 10 pages a day. I have a bit to add as well, but that should be done first. My mentor has been in touch again and he is pretty happy so!!

I've decided to work at 5 am each morning, just for the next 2 weeks. After that I'll be on the road and then in halifax for the rest of the month. Hope to use a laptop and go down to the new fantastic library most mornings.

I'll definitely keep you posted.
here's a drawing I did this morning...

Sometimes those smaller, looser sorts of support groups can be incredibly helpful. I hope your revisions go smoothly! Oh, and I love that drawing, Jan!

Thanks Margot! Yep, I love to have some sort of deadlining structure even if I know no one will be really holding me accountable.
