I am visiting you one of these Octobers, Jan. You live in paradise.

Incidentally, I did another of your Friday Challenges on Saturday. Not sure if I captured what I wanted to say, but I did try.

Wow. After the Write Around the World posts I just hosted on my blog, I've been thinking about all the beautifuly places in the world to live...jealously, I'll admit. And this, Jan, is so GORGEOUS. From the bench full of onions to the mountain vistas, you live in a blessed place.

Oh, and I love the new update section in the right column--about your MS. Intriguing--and I love the title!

We LOVE your photos. There's so much to see and do in Cape Breton. The sights are magnificient and the simple shots of the veggies, etc., are gorgeous. It really is one of the most beautiful places to see in the world but more importantly, it's a great place to live too!

Check out our blog..I put a link to your site on it:

Thank you all!
Clarissa - it is breathtaking - skies by Cecil B. DeMille where one expects the hand of God to come through and smite a sinner or more promise a blessing with yet another rainbow...
Natasha - oh, how I would love that! I would take you and the boys to Peggy's Cove and for a ride in a sailboat and oh and oh! and thanks for the updates on the challenges - sometimes I feel like they are just hanging around getting into trouble like teenagers....
Elizabeth - I think of you as a lover of fall somehow...
Michele - I do AND I never take it for granted.
Alex - instead of?????
Ashley - thanks for the link and yep I do love it on the island. Yay!
Jane - oh Linda always has the best fall arrangements without any pretensions to Martha Stewartisms. Just overloaded with vegies to process.
Liza - good! That's how I felt when I was taking them - like my eyes were drinking the colours.
Mason - I'm really glad you like them. It is such fun to be shooting beauty.
